Ordering
Q: How does ordering work?
A: If you need one gift/item to be shipped to one address and another gift/item shipped to different address, please place two (2) orders, one for each shipping address. Prices are as marked per gift/item.
Q: What is the price range?
A: Generally speaking, our gifts/products range from approx. 20 USD to 200 USD. For quantity discounts, or if you are ordering on behalf of a company for its gift giving program, please call us at (888) PK-BLUSH or contact us via our "Request A Quote" form. If all gifts are being sent to a single address, then you will save substantially on shipping cost.
Accuracy
Q: Are the product photos accurate?
A: Yes! The product photo(s) accurately represents what you or your gift recipient will be receiving. A concern that people have sometimes is, is my gift going to look like that? Yes! We guarantee your gift will closely mirror the photo(s) displayed.
All photos have been at least double-checked to be sure they match the product names and sizing descriptions. Similar to flower shops, clients want the actual gift to be slightly better, though with flowers it's a lot easier to do that and it seems to happen most of the time. With product-based gift baskets, the quality and sizing will closely mirror the photo(s) provided.
When we don't have an actual photo showing the smaller or larger size of a basket, that size is not presented as an available choice (i.e. it's just not on our site).
Substitutions
Q: Do you ever substitute items?
A: By ordering at PinkBlush.com, you agree that substitutions are allowed so long as the value is equal to or greater than the substituted product. Every effort is made to substitute within the same "family" of products.
Shipping
Q: How does the shipping work?
A: PinkBlush.com services domestic orders within the United States only. This best assures shipping reliability for gift giving. Shipping cost is per item or by weight. Sometimes we offer Free shipping. We do not offer expedited shipping options during checkout. However, if you need expedited shipping, call us and we'll provide the options and costs. We recommend that you plan accordingly to avoid added shipping costs.
Delivery
Q: How long will it take for my package(s) to arrive?
A: Standard shipping is via UPS Ground which takes 1 to 5 days for arrival, but 90% of all UPS Ground shipments arrive in 1-3 days. Order before 10 am and we ship same day. These time statements may or may not include weekend days. For standard shipping, we also ship via USPS Priority Mail. For hand-crafted or made-to-order merchandise coming from the USA to the USA, please refer to the item description for expected delivery.
Returns
Q: Can I return or exchange merchandise?
A: PinkBlush.com does not offer shoes, clothes, or apparel, so merchandise is rarely if ever returned or exchanged. However, if either you or your recipient are not fully satisfied with your gifts or merchandise, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review your concern and make it right. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Our goal is for every customer to be able to say "I am highly likely to buy from PinkBlush.com again", and "I am highly likely to recommend PinkBlush.com to others".
A. Please be advised that custom merchandise is not returnable, nor exchangeable, but under circumstances such as shipment damage, a quality issue, or an error on our part, we will make it right. Please submit photos to us for review.
